Standard Delivery-Curb Side Delivery
Most small parcel items ship through one of our standard small package carriers (Fedex or UPS). It usually takes 24-48 hours for the item to ship, and it can take 3-5 business days to arrive. For most small parcel items, you have several shipping options (Ground Delivery, 3 Day, 2 Day, and Next Day).
Larger items arrive via a large truck through one of our common freight carriers. It usually takes 2-3 business days for the item to ship, and it can take 5-7 business days to arrive. A representative of the freight company will call you within 24-48 hours of delivery to arrange a specific time to stop by.
Please inspect your package(s) thoroughly when it arrives. If you see any evidence of damage, you should not sign the shipping receipt and accept the shipment, or you may be responsible for the expense of replacing the damaged item (which could include the purchase of a new item and shipping costs).
Please note that all items ship only in the contiguous U.S.A.

Shipping Time: The item normally leaves our facility within five working days after received your payment. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery to reach your home or office. Please keep in mind large item takes longer time to arrive. When your orders are shipped out, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
Shipping Notification: The shipping company will contact you when they arrive in your town. You must provide your correct shipping address and phone number when make payment. You must be at home or your office to accept delivery. Otherwise, it may incur your shipment delay and additional charges.
Shipping Terms: The delivery drivers are not insured to bring your merchandise inside your home. The delivery does not include unpacking, setup/assemble, removal. If the merchandise is shipped on pallets, please assist the delivery man in unloading the merchandise. Otherwise, the freight company may charge a lift gate fee on your part which is not included in the shipping and handling fees you have paid.
Upon Delivery: Please inspect the packaging and content for any damage that may have occurred while in transit and have it signed by the carrier/driver and Send us a description and digital photograph of the damaged items/parts within 7 days. Please know that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been signed and accepted upon delivery, or any supporting document and photo received by me after the 7 days period.
Ship to US 48 contiguous states only: No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico.
Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services such as:
*Help you to move items into your house
*White Glove Service (including light setup, placing your new furniture in the room of your choice, removing and placing the debris outside of your house)
*Taking furniture to another then ground floor.
Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for paying the truck freight carrier directly for any additional services.
In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires.
IMPORTANT: Once a customer has been issued a tracking number, the order is shipped and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery and SIGN bill of lading. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the bill of lading and accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please call us on the next business day. If you did not note damage on the bill of lading, we cannot be responsible for this damage and may have a problem to reimburse you.
All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping/handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.
If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 30 days of the ship-out date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.
While Furniturebloc works to fulfill the New Product Warranty for our customers, the actual warranty is offered by the manufacturers of our items. Furniturebloc acts as a mediator in the process of warrantee fulfillment, and cannot be held liable for the actual fulfillment of the warranties.
Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.
Due to processing, warranty fulfillment may take many weeks to complete.
Exchange / Return / Refund: Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. If a refund is requested when your order has been processed with our suppliers, 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied on the original total amount. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it within 3 days of arrival for a full refund, less all shipping and handling fees. A 25% restocking fee will also be applied.
If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse (as determined by tracking number) and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund some cost of the item. Round Shipping Freight and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual round shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
* IMPORTANT: All returns/exchange must have the original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. We do not accept any furniture which has been set up.
* All items must be unassembled and re-packaged in the way it was received. All returns/exchanges must be notified to our customer service within seven (7) days of receipt (verified by the tracking number given). This will allow us to better process your returns, refunds, and/or damage claim requests. Failure to follow the above guidelines will cause a delay and lead up to the denial of return / damage claim requests. No exceptions will be made, and thank you for your cooperation.
* All returned/exchanged items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. Returned/exchanged items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in assessment and reduction of the final refund amount.
* If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be the original total less round shipping charge, 25% restocking fee on the original item price, and any deductions resulting from return shipping damages or unreported defects. Refunds will be credited in 1 to 2 weeks from the date of arrival for the returned item.
* If an exchange is requested, the original item price less round shipping charge, 25% restocking fee is credited toward the new order. Deductions from the credit total will be accounted for any damages resulting from return shipping or unreported defects.
* No returns are accepted after the 30 Day Return Policy periods.
All damages must be reported with proof of picture within 10 days of receipt for free replacement of damaged parts. All returns must be authorized by us first and all items returned must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Otherwise, the return will be refused.
